Philip brings to these clients over 30 years of experience across operations, finance, systems, performance and team building, leveraging his skills to adjust how the company manages its operations in line with a budget and short, medium and long term EBITDA goals. Philip developed his toolkit working with leading consulting firms and Fortune 100 organizations – and for the past 7 years, has focused on pragmatically applying leading practices and processes to middle market, private equity funded companies as a CXO. Philip also provides consults for investors and boards of directors on the structure and adequacy of their finance and operations team, structure and processes. Private Equity investors who have worked with Philip regularly attest to his hands-on, active approach and to the tangible, dramatic results he has been able to help them realize. Philip earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees in business from Loyola Marymount University.
