Larry is an operational CFO and strategic business partner to CEOs and stakeholders with a bias towards action. He has over 35 years of experience in diverse manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses. His areas of expertise include debt offerings and complex capital structures/raises, financial reporting (internal and external), mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, contract negotiations, risk management, human resources including employment benefit plans, turnarounds and bankruptcy, cash flow forecasting, taxation, investor/lender relations and IT.
Larry has been CFO of public, private equity backed, and private companies with sales ranging from $80 million to $1.6 billion. He has repeatedly led the transformation from traditional, backward looking, score-keeping type finance departments into forward-facing business partners with sales and operations, which usually leads to faster, more fact-based decision making and more engaged employees.
Larry graduated from Rutgers College and maintains an active CPA license in NJ.
