Chris Nichols

Chris is a Managing Director in the Trailblazers offering of Beckway. He brings with him over 18 years of change management expertise across a broad range of industries. His specialty is managing the cultural transformation of an organization through training and execution of lean methodologies that directly impact ROI.

He has worked extensively in both high and low volume manufacturing environments within private equity and Fortune 500 companies. As a lean expert, he enables learning through exhaustive coaching and mentoring. He also has a wealth of supply chain management experience, which includes demand planning, scheduling, and effective warehouse layout.

Chris joins us from SSA & Company where he was a Director in the private equity practice. He previously worked for Pall Aeropower, Action Building, Inc., High Concrete Group, and Hubbell HIT in continuous and process improvement roles.

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technologies from Millersville University and his Masters Supply Chain Certificate from Michigan State University.
