Catherine Youngman

Managing Partner of Fox Rothschild’s Morristown office, Catherine Youngman is a seasoned bankruptcy attorney with more than 27 years of experience guiding companies and creditors through complex financial situations. Catherine has wide-ranging financial restructuring experience. She has represented large and small businesses in Chapter 11 proceedings as well as served as a government appointed Chapter 11 Trustee overseeing and operating businesses in bankruptcy.

Over the years, Catherine has had the honor of representing Unsecured Creditors Committees as well as Equity Holders. She represents private equity and hedge funds in and out of bankruptcy courts. Additionally, she has been picked many times to serve as Litigation or Liquidating Trustee in Post-Conformation Plans.
