Barbara McConnor

Barbara is an Senior Operating Director at Beckway. She has over 20 years of supply chain management experience in a broad range of industries including Pharmaceuticals, Defense, Automotive, and Aerospace. Her specialty is value-driven procurement initiatives that improve gross margins and build healthy business partnerships domestically and abroad. She has also successfully led the configuration and implementation of numerous ERP systems that support multiple facilities. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and an experienced Trade Compliance professional.

Previously, Barbara was the Director of Supply Chain Management and Global Trade Compliance at Curtiss-Wright with responsibility for multiple facilities in the US and Mexico. Prior to that, she spent 11 years in various managerial roles at Tower Automotive/Metalsa with significant focus on NAFTA supply chains.

Barbara earned her BA in Business Administration from Otterbein College (now Otterbein University). She also earned her Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager certification through ISM and Certified Supply Chain Professional certification through APICS.
